Kervella makes a unique range of ethical and modern cheese on their property in East Takaka. Sourcing cow milk from a neighbours’ farm that uses sustainable organic methods, Kevella uses their own unique cultures to produce traditional cheese for the modern gut. The result is a delicious range of seasonal cheeses made with love to reflect the environment of the South Island.
With over 80 years of combined experience, master cheese makers Alan and Gabrielle have earned well-deserved international reputations. They’re one of only three accredited raw milk cheese producers in New Zealand!
